Ingredients to make Topse Fry

  • Topsey fish - 8
  • Marination : Salt to taste
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • Juice of one lime
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Batter : Rice flour - 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour - 2 tbsp
  • Flour - 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder - to taste
  • Green chilli, chopped - 1 tsp
  • Chopped Coriander - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Poppy seeds - 1 tsp

How to make Topse Fry

  1. Marinate the fish with the ingredients listed in Marinade for 10 minutes.
  2. Make a batter with the ingredients listed in Batter.
  3. Heat oil in kadhayi. Dip the fish in the batter and deep fry.
  4. Serve hot with sliced onions and green chutney.
