Kulfi Shake

Ingredients to make Kulfi Shake

  • Milk - 500 ml
  • Rice - 2 Cups (boiled)
  • 2 tbsp - Fresh Cream
  • Cashews - 7-8
  • Almonds - 3-4 chopped
  • Cinnamon - 1 small stick powdered
  • Elaichi - 3-4 (seeds only)
  • 1 tsp - Ghee
  • 4-5 tbsp - Sugar
  • A few strands of saffron

How to make Kulfi Shake

  1. Pour half the milk and the cream into a saucepan and boil. Add 3 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp ghee and stir well.
  2. Add the boiled rice after mashing it. After stirring on low flame for 3 minutes, add the cashew and almond pieces. Also add the elaichi and saffron.
  3. Stir in low flame until the mixture is dense. Cool and make a smooth paste in the mixer.
  4. Boil the remaining milk and add 1.5 tbsp sugar and cinnamon. Mix the milk with the paste and freeze in a kulfi container.
  5. Take out and break the kulfi pieces. Spread milk over it and serve.
