Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vermisely- 1/4 cup
  2. Sugar- 1/2 cup
  3. Ilayachi powder-1/2 t.spn
  4. Custard powder-1&1/2 t.spn
  5. Dry friut ( graps,badam,kaju)
  6. Ghee- 2 tb spoon
  7. Milk - 2 & 1/2 cup
  8. Charoli - 1 t.spn

Instructions

  1. Take 2tb.spn ghee in pan add vermicelli, fry it for 2 to 3 minutes
  2. Add sugar 1/2 cup mix softly
  3. In 1/2 cup of cold milk add custard powder stir for minuet, there is no lumps in custard milk
  4. Add 2&1/2 cup of milk in vermicelli mixed ,there after add ready custard milk
  5. Add ilayachi powder in it stir continue.
  6. Add dry fruits powder and mix well
  7. For garnishing use dry fruits piece and basil leaves.
  8. Store for 45 minutes in freeze
  9. Ready to serve .
