Ingredients to make Instant besan barfi

  • Besan (chikpea flour)- 200 gram
  • Suji (semolina) -50 gram
  • Powered sugar- 150 gram
  • Desi ghee - 150 gram

How to make Instant besan barfi

  1. 1- heat desi ghee in a wok and roast chikpea flour and semolina on low flame till brown
  2. 2- Now switch off the flame and add powdered sugar ,mix properly
  3. 3-Put this mixture in a greased plate and keep the plate in refrigerator.
  4. 4-After cooling the mixture cut in desired shape.barfi is ready
