Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Wheat flour (1/4th cup)
  2. Maida (3/4th cup)
  3. Elaichi (2)
  4. Baking powder (1/2tsp)
  5. Sugar (1/2 cup)
  6. Ghee (1/2cup)
  7. Pistachios (powdered) - 1 tbsp
  8. Crushed pistachios - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1. Grind the sugar with elaichi, to get a powdered elaichi flavoured sugar.
  2. 2. Mix all the ingredients except the crushed pistachios , with the powdered sugar and form a dough.
  3. 3. Now make small roundels of the dough and cut a tiny cross on top of each, with knife.
  4. 4. Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top and bake them in a preheated oven at 190℃ for 10-12 minutes or till golden colour is obtained. Cool them and serve.
