Ingredients to make masala Bhindi capsicum

  • Bhindi 150 gms
  • Capsicum 1 small sliced
  • onion 1 small sliced
  • tomato 1 Sliced
  • Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Corriander powder 1tsp
  • Oil 2tsp
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

How to make masala Bhindi capsicum

  1. Heat some oil in a pan.
  2. add 1/2 tsp jeera
  3. add onion
  4. saute for a minute
  5. add capsicum
  6. add bhindi
  7. suate for 2 minutes
  8. add red chili powder
  9. add turmeric powder
  10. add corriander powder
  11. mix and cover the pan
  12. after 2 minutes add tomato
  13. mix and cover some time
  14. now add sugar
  15. add salt
  16. and remove in serving bowl
  17. do not keep in pan
  18. otherwise it will loose its colour
