Potato Lettuce Bhurji

Ingredients to make Potato Lettuce Bhurji

  • 2 big sized Potatoes
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tsp carom seeds
  • 1 inch ginger chopped
  • 2 green chilies slit
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • Salt pepper as per taste
  • 1 tbsp oil

How to make Potato Lettuce Bhurji

  1. Firstly Peel and cut the Potatoes. Wash them thoroughly
  2. Heat a Pan and add 1 tsp oil and Potatoes
  3. Cover it with lid and cook them on low/medium flame
  4. Cook them until they are soft and golden in colour
  5. Meanwhile Clean the Lettuce leaves and wash them
  6. Chop these leaves nicely
  7. Take another non stick pan add rest of oil and heat it
  8. Now add Carom seeds , turmeric powder
  9. Now add Coriander Powder
  10. Add Green chilies and finely chopped ginger
  11. Now add Chopped Lettuce and Potatoes
  12. Now add Salt and Pepper to taste
  13. Your Veg is ready
My Tip: Don't Overcook the vegetable as it may loses the crispness of lettuce leaves
