CUSTARD ROASTED SAVIAYAN

Ingredients to make CUSTARD ROASTED SAVIAYAN

  • Sevaiyaan/vermicelli 1/2 cup
  • black grapes, 1/4 th cup
  • Banana,peeled and chopped 1/4th cup
  • VanillaCustard powder tablespoons
  • Ghee 2 teaspoons
  • greencardamom powder 1 pinch
  • milk 1litre
  • Dry fruits [almonds, pistachios and cashew nuts] handful

How to make CUSTARD ROASTED SAVIAYAN

  1. Heat ghee in a non- stick pan. Add almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts and sauté. Break sevaiyaan, add to the pan and sauté till light brown. Transfer into a baking tray and spread. Whisk together milk and custard powder in a non-stick pan. Add sugar and whisk.

  3. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously till custard thickens. Remove from heat, add cardamom powder, and whisk.
