Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sevaiyaan/vermicelli 1/2 cup
  2. black grapes, 1/4 th cup
  3. Banana,peeled and chopped 1/4th cup
  4. VanillaCustard powder tablespoons
  5. Ghee 2 teaspoons
  6. greencardamom powder 1 pinch
  7. milk 1litre
  8. Dry fruits [almonds, pistachios and cashew nuts] handful

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a non- stick pan. Add almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts and sauté. Break sevaiyaan, add to the pan and sauté till light brown. Transfer into a baking tray and spread. Whisk together milk and custard powder in a non-stick pan. Add sugar and whisk.

  3. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously till custard thickens. Remove from heat, add cardamom powder, and whisk.
  4. Add bananas , grapes and whisk. Spread the custard on the sevaiyaan.
  5. Garnish withdry fruits (optional) and serve hot or cold.
