ABOUT PANEER RASIYA RECIPE

A blend of sweet and spice. Paneer chunks cooked in a gravy using mango puree as base.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 250gms
  2. Alphanso mango 1
  3. Onion 1 small sized
  4. Jeera 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Garlic 1 teaspoon
  6. Green chilli 1
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Laal mirch powder 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Dhania powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Jeera powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Garam masala 1/4 teaspoon
  12. Butter 1&1/2 tablespoon
  13. Milk 200ml
  14. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the paneer into 1 inch cubes. Finely chop the onion, garlic and green chilli
  2. Make puree of mango by removing skin and deseeding it.
  3. Now heat a pan. Add butter to it
  4. Once butter melts add jeera and allow it to crackle.
  5. Then saute it for 30 seconds. Add onions and saute until it turns brown.
  6. Then add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, garam masala and saute for a minute
  7. Now add paneer cubes and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Finally add the mango puree and milk. Mix gently.
  9. Let this cook for 3-4 minutes
  10. Add salt and cook for another minute. Then it's READY!!!
