  • 2 cup sugar
  • 5 table spoon ghee
  • 1 table spoon Without skin almond chopped
  • 1 table spoon melon seed

How to make Custard halwa

  1. First grease one plate and keep aside.
  2. Now in a pan take ghee and heat it
  3. Now add almonds and melon seeds and just fry it on low flame, do not over roast it.
  4. Now add custard powder and sugar and mix it well .
  5. Mix this on a low flame, for 5 minutes.
  6. After five minute, add two cups of water and stir it continuously because if you do not stir this, the lumps will be formed .
  7. Stir this mixture till it leaves the edges of the pan.
  8. Now transfer this mixture into the greased plate
  9. Decorate with chopped almonds and melon seeds
  10. When it is cooled completely, cut it into pieces and serve.

My Tip:

Stir the mixture continuous on a low flame to avoid lumps and it has no raw taste also.
