Ingredients to make chicken korma Awadhi

  • chicken with bone 500 gm
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tspn
  • 4 to 5 onions diced and fried
  • Red chilli powder 1 tspn
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tspn
  • Garam masala 1 tspn
  • Coriander powder 1 tspn
  • Salt to taste
  • desi ghee 200 gm
  • kewda water 2 tspn

How to make chicken korma Awadhi

  1. wash and keep aside chicken
  2. fry onions in ghee
  3. add ginger garlic paste in the remaining ghee add chicken and cook with paste add salt too z fry it till colour changes .
  4. add curd and spices and let it cook
  5. grind fried onian and add to the chicken cook again .
  6. add water and cook till chicken done switch off the gas and add kewda water .
