Ingredients Serving: 1

burger buns( 1 pc )
cotage cheese (paneer) (1 thick slice )
all pourpose flour (maida)( 2 - 4 spoons )
cornstarch or cornflour( 2 spoons)
red paprika( 2 tbsp)
tobasco sauce ( a few drops)
tomatoe sauce (2 spoons)
plain mayonise( 3 spoons)
shezwan mayonise (2 spoons)
bread crumbs( half cup )
Salt to taste
Some lettuce leaves
Some Onion rings
Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

for the secret sauce :
take a bowl
add the plain mayo , schezwan mayo,tomatoe sauce , paprika powder , salt , tobasco sauce , and mix well
the secret sauce is ready
for the filling :
take the slice of paneer and with the help of a towel cloth absorp its extra water
now take a bowl add maida, corn starch , paprika , salt , water and make a thick batter
take the paneer slice dip it into the batter then dust it with maida and coat it with the bread crumbs
dust out the extra bread crumbs and deep fry
take the burger bun spread the secret sauce , then place the paneer on it , then spread some lettuce and onions , again add some off the secret sauce and close the bun
your paneer zinger is ready serve with cold drinks and french fries
