Lobhia Papad Chat

Ingredients to make Lobhia Papad Chat

  • 1 cup preboiled Lobhia/Black-eyed Peas
  • 1 lemon Juice
  • 4 Papads (Any variant as per your choice)
  • salt pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped

How to make Lobhia Papad Chat

  1. Take a bowl and add boiled lobia and chopped onions
  2. Now add Salt Pepper according to taste
  3. Squueze the lemon juice into it and add some chaat masala
  4. Now take papads one by one and roast them in Microwave or gas
  5. Now put these papads into a bowl to give them a bowl shape but you have to do it very quickly
  6. Repeat the above step for every papad right after you have roast them
  7. Now put the lobia chat mixture into the Papad bowl
  8. Sprinkle some finely chopped coriander leaves and serve it
