  • Lobhia half cup soaked over night
  • onion 1 finally chopped
  • tomato 1 finally chopped
  • Boiled potatoes 1 finally chopped
  • salt as per taste
  • chilli powder half teaspoon
  • lemon juice
  • Fresh coriander leaves for decoration

How to make Lobhia chaat

  1. Pressure cook soaked lobhia for 20 minutes
  2. After done add all the chopped vegetables along with spices
  3. Add lemon juice according to the taste
  4. Serve hot with some coriander leaves

U can also add cucumber, carrot, as per ur taste
