CHINGRIR TEL JHAL OR PRAWN IN RED CURRY

Ingredients to make CHINGRIR TEL JHAL OR PRAWN IN RED CURRY

  • Mustard oil 6 tablespoon
  • Prawn cleaned 500 gms
  • salt as per taste
  • Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon and 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri chilly powder
  • Turmeric 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilly 8 to 10 slitted
  • Ginger paste 1teaspoon

How to make CHINGRIR TEL JHAL OR PRAWN IN RED CURRY

  1. Heat 6 tablespoon mustard oil first in kadai first
  2. Add the prawns with little salt and turmeric
  3. Stir fry for 3 mins
  4. Add the ginger paste
  5. Add the red chilly powder and kashmiri red chilly powder in one cup hot water and add the turmeric
  6. Mix with prawn mixture and let it boil and cook
  7. Add the green chillies and serve hot with normal boiled rice or roti
