Ingredients to make Boondi Laddu
- Ingredients of making Sugar Syrup :
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Water - 1 1/4 cups
- Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ingredients of making Boondi :
- Gramflour / Besan 1 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons (as required)
- Few strands of saffron
- Black cardamom seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cashew nuts chopped - 1 tablespoon
- Pistachios - 1 tablespoon
- Oil - 1 cup (for frying)
- Orange or Yellow Food Colour - 1 pinch
- Ghee or clarified butter - 2 tablespoon

My Tip:I use wired whish to make boondi..it gives nice shape.
