Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients to make Mango Ice Cream

  • Condensed milk 6 tbsp
  • Heavy cream 200 ml
  • mango pulp 1/4 cup
  • Chopped mango pieces

How to make Mango Ice Cream

  1. Take 200ml heavy cream & whip well till it doubles up in volume and you get soft peaks.
  2. Add condensed milk, mango pulp and chopped mango pieces.
  3. Do a taste test. -Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
  4. Pour this mixture into a container. put it in the freezer.
  5. After 45 mins mix, this mixture again to avoid ice crystal formation. Repeat this step after 45 mins for 2-3 times.
  6. Freeze overnight.
