Chicken Samosa

Ingredients to make Chicken Samosa

  • Switz Samosa Patti 10-12 nos
  • 2 cups finely chopped veg(capsicum, carrots, cabbage)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 Tsp black pepper powder
  • Chinese salt optional
  • 1 cup Boiled & shredded chicken
  • 2 tsp oil for cooking
  • oil for deep fry
  • For sticking patties:
  • 1tsp flour and 2tsp water

How to make Chicken Samosa

  1. In a pan add 2tsp oil and add veggies
  2. Add salt, black pepper powder, Chinese salt if you want
  3. Now cover it for 5 min
  4. Add shredded chicken mix it well
  5. Remove from gas.let it cool completely
  6. Make sticking batter
  7. In a bowl add flour, water. Cook for a min and let it cool
  8. Take one samosa Patti fills the mixture and close it.
  9. Deep fry in a hot oil fry till golden brown.
My Tip: Use Switz samosa patties it is easily available at super markets n serve hot with sauce.
