Ingredients to make White Chocolate, Mint and Lemon Popsicles

  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 8-10 mint leaves/pudina, chopped

How to make White Chocolate, Mint and Lemon Popsicles

  1. Take white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high power for 30 seconds - 1 minute or till it melts. Check after 30 seconds.
  2. Once it melts, add coconut milk, lemon juice and chopped mint leaves. Mix well.
  3. Pour the prepared mixture into moulds and refrigerate for 6-8 hours or till firm.
  4. Here we have used moulds with sticks attached to its covering.
  5. If you want to use wooden sticks, then pour the mixture into moulds or glasses or your desired vessel and freeze for 2 hours or till it becomes slightly firm. Then insert stick in the centre and freeze until firm.
  6. To de mould them, place them the moulds under running water or in a plate filled with water for a few seconds.
  7. Enjoy these creamy tangy and minty popsicles.
