  • Hung curd -2cups
  • Strawberries - 15 -20 no.
  • Powdered sugar - 2Tbsp (according to choice)
  • Strawberry essence few drops
  • Granulated sugar 1/2cup

How to make Strawberry Shrikhand

  1. Place yoghurt in a muslin cloth tie it and hang it to drain water it takes 3-4 hours.
  2. In a non-stick, pan add chopped strawberries add granulated sugar till strawberries get tender
  3. Take hung curd add in strawberry crush, strawberry essence and powdered sugar blend with hand blender
  4. Luscious strawberry shrikhand is ready to serve with parathas or puris
  5. Serve chilled

Hung yoghurt for 3-4 hours
