Ingredients to make Mustard Creamy Chicken

  • chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp
  • red chilly powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream 1 tbsp
  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • tandoori masala 1/4 tsp
  • Hung curd 2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2tsp
  • turmeric powder a pinch
  • Yellow food colour a pinch
  • Soy sauce 1 tsp
  • red chilly sauce 1 tsp
  • vinegar 2-3 drops
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for shallow frying
  • butter

How to make Mustard Creamy Chicken

  1. Marinate the chicken with all the masalas except oil and butter
  2. Keep it aside for about 30 minutes
  3. Shallow fry the chicken pieces
  4. In a wok, heat butter add the remaining marination and fried chicken
  5. Toss until the pieces are fully covered with the masala
  6. Garnish with some coriander leaves or as desired
