Ingredients to make Mango Ice-Cream

  • 11/2 bowl fresh cream
  • 1/4 bowl nuts powder ( optional)
  • Powder sugar as per taste
  • 1 small bowl condensed milk
  • 2 Alphonso mangoes (peeled and chopped)

How to make Mango Ice-Cream

  1. In a mixer jar, add chopped mangoes, nuts powder, powder sugar, condensed milk and fresh cream.Blend all the ingredients well.
  2. Take the mixture in an ice-cream container and freeze it for 10 hours.
  3. After 10 hours, remove the ice-cream container. Take ice-cream in a serving bowl or glass.
  4. Mango ice-cream is ready!

My Tip:

After 1-2 hours, mix the ice-cream so that no ice crystals are formed.
