Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cinnamon Ice cream:
  2. Heavy cream-1 Cup
  3. Condensed milk-3/4cup
  4. Cinnamon powder-1tsp
  5. Vanilla essence-1/2tp
  6. Churro bowls:
  7. All purpose flour-1 cup
  8. Butter-5tbsp
  9. Brown sugar-2tbsp
  10. Salt a pinch
  11. water-1 cup
  12. Eggs-2
  13. Sugar-2tbsp
  14. Cinnamon powder-1tsp
  15. Vanilla essence-1tsp

Instructions

  1. Cinnamon ice cream: Beat heavy cream until stiff peak forms.Add condensed milk cinnamon powder and vanilla essence and mix well. Freeze for minimum 4 hours.
  2. Churro bowls: Boil water butter brown sugar and salt well.add flour make a dough..switch off flame..add eggs make paste..with piping bag make cups keeping inverted muffin tin on their mounds
  3. Bake at 425f for ten mins until golden brown...then coat them with sugar mixed wit cinnamon powder.churro bowls are ready.You can even fry them in oil.
  4. Serve Cinnamon ice cream in churro bowls.
