Ingredients to make Bhel Poori

  • Puffed rice 200 gms
  • Green (coriander+ tomato+ ginger +garlic+ green chilly+ salt) chutney 1/2 cup
  • Sweet imli chutney 1/2 cup
  • All in one Haldiram mixture 1 cup
  • Chopped onions 1 cup
  • Chopped tomato 1 cup
  • Chopped coriander 1/2 cup
  • Boiled and chopped potatoes 1 cup
  • Green chilies chopped 2 pieces
  • Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
  • salt 1 tea spoon
  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Papri 3- 4 (1 papri per plate to decorate)

How to make Bhel Poori

  1. Add all ingedients in a bowl
  2. Mix them well
  3. Serve in plates
  4. Top it up with papri
