Mango Yogurt Kulfi

Ingredients to make Mango Yogurt Kulfi

  • 2 medium sized ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup hung curd
  • sugar 1 cup
  • milk powder half cup
  • Aam papad 1 cup finely chopped
  • Almonds 5 to 6 finely chopped
  • Peanuts 1 cup

How to make Mango Yogurt Kulfi

  1. In a mixer grinder add peanuts and sugar and blend it till it turns to a fine powder.
  2. Once done add milk powder and blend again.
  3. Peel the mangoes and put the mango pulp and blend again till you get a smooth paste. The add the hung curd and blend again to a smooth mixture.
  4. Add the chopped almonds and aam papad in the mixture.
  5. Put the mixture in kulfi container and put it in deep freezer for 4 to 5 hours to freeze. Then serve it.
My Tip: Peanut is optional.You may or may not add peanuts.
