ABOUT Mango Yogurt Kulfi RECIPE

Healthy Yorgurt Kulfi with mango flavour and nuts.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 medium sized ripe mangoes
  2. 1 cup hung curd
  3. sugar 1 cup
  4. milk powder half cup
  5. Aam papad 1 cup finely chopped
  6. Almonds 5 to 6 finely chopped
  7. Peanuts 1 cup

Instructions

  1. In a mixer grinder add peanuts and sugar and blend it till it turns to a fine powder.
  2. Once done add milk powder and blend again.
  3. Peel the mangoes and put the mango pulp and blend again till you get a smooth paste. The add the hung curd and blend again to a smooth mixture.
  4. Add the chopped almonds and aam papad in the mixture.
  5. Put the mixture in kulfi container and put it in deep freezer for 4 to 5 hours to freeze. Then serve it.
