Nungu/ Ice apple Kulfi

Ingredients to make Nungu/ Ice apple Kulfi

  • Full cream milk. 1/2 ltr
  • Milk maid. 1/4 cup
  • Corn flour. 1/2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder. 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped Ice apple 1/4cup
  • Pinch of saffron.

How to make Nungu/ Ice apple Kulfi

  1. Boil the milk in a bowl, when it boils lower the flame and stir it constantly.
  2. Now add milk maid and mix it .
  3. Take 1/4 cup of cold milk in this add cornflour and mix well.
  4. When milk becomes thick add corn flour milk and stir continuesly.
  5. After 5 min remove it from the flame .Let it cool.
  6. Then add cardamom powder and chopped Ice apple.
  7. Mix it well and put it in the kulfi moulds and keep it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hrs.
