Ingredients to make Ice-cream tart

  • Oreo biscuits 15 pieces
  • Melted salted butter 4 tbsp
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Mint leaves 5
  • Green colour 1 pinch
  • Chilled Whipping cream 1/4 cup
  • Condense milk 3 tbsp
  • Mint essence (optional) 2-3 drops
  • Fresh cream 1/4 cup
  • Chopped dark chocolate 1/4 cup

How to make Ice-cream tart

  1. Grind oreo biscuits like crumb texture
  2. Mix oreo biscuit crumbs and melted butter mixture
  3. Spread this mixture into the tart mould equally then refrigerate 10 minutes
  4. For homemade mint Ice-cream - take 1/4 cup milk, mint paste, green colour, mint essence and condense milk. mix gently and keep aside. Whip chilled whipping cream. Add milk mixture and whipping cream together & place in freezer for 6-7 hours. Ur super tasty mint Ice-cream is totally ready.
  5. Spread mint Ice-cream equally on the top of biscuit tart
  6. Cover with silver foil and place in freezer for 3-4 hours
  7. Heat 1/4 cup fresh cream & pour on 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate. Stir gently to make our dark chocolate ganash.
  8. After 5 minutes, pour this mixture on the top of biscuit mint Ice-cream tart & refrigerate 30 minutes
  9. Cut slices from sharp knife
  10. Enjoy your delicious biscuit Ice-cream tart
My Tip: Use evaporated milk and sugar free powder instead of condense milk for diabetic people
