- 1200 gms breast / leg piece
- 65 gms garlic green chilli paste
- 200 gms hung
- 15 gm Kashmiri red powder
- Juice of 1
- 40 gms browned , made into a paste
- 40 gms paste
- 2 pinch of Kasuri
- 1/2 tsp garam
- 1 pinch powder
- 2 tsp red powder
- 50 ml oil
- for basting

My Tip:For the dip: Mix a teaspoon of green chutney in a cup of yogurt. Add some pizza seasoning/oregano. Add a pinch of Jeera powder and salt.
