Ingredients to make Chocolate icecream

  • 500 ml amul gold milk or full fat milk
  • 8 tbsp powder sugar
  • 1 bowl cold milk
  • 1,1/2 tbsp milk powder
  • 1,1/2 tbsp corn flore
  • 1,1/2 tbsp GMS
  • 1/8 tsp CMC
  • 1/2 bowl cocoa powder
  • 1 bowl amul fresh cream
  • 1 tsp chocolate essence
  • Chocolate sauce for garnish

How to make Chocolate icecream

  1. Take 500 ml milk and add sugar and boil it till it thick.continue stir it.
  2. Take 1 bowl milk in other bowl.
  3. Milk powder add in cold milk.
  4. Add corn flore..
  5. Add GMS powder.
  6. Add CMC powder.
  7. Add cocoa powder. And continuous stir it .
  8. Mix it well.
  9. Now Add cold milk and cocoa mix in hot milk and mix it well and cool at room temperature.
  10. Put this mixture in deep fridge. For 1 and half hour.
  11. After 1 and half hour add amul fresh cream and chocolate essence and churn it.
  12. After few minutes icecream will double in volume.
  13. Then pour in plastic tin add chocolate sauce for decorating icecream and make marble effact. and deep fridge for 7-8 hour.
  14. Ready To serve...yummy
