Ingredients to make Nutty Cake

  • Maida [all purpose flour] 1 cup
  • Suji [semolina] 1 cup
  • curd 1 cup
  • malai [home made cream] 1 cup
  • sugar powder 1 cup
  • Coffee powder - 1 small sachet
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  • baking soda 1/2 tbs
  • almonds & cashew nuts 1/2 cup

How to make Nutty Cake

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix all of them well. Form a cake batter of pouring consistency.
  2. Grease a baking tray with some ghee, dust some maida and then pour the cake batter into it.
  3. Sprinkle nuts all over the batter
  4. Bake the cake in a pre-heated oven for 30-40 mins at 150 degrees. Cool and cut the cake to serve.
