Beetroot Manchurian

Ingredients to make Beetroot Manchurian

  • 1 beetroot
  • 2 onions
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 green chillies
  • 4 tablespoons cornflour
  • 2 tablespoons maida
  • 2 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon red chilli flakes
  • 5-6 garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 Chopped Green chillies
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil

How to make Beetroot Manchurian

  1. Firstly grate the beetroot.
  2. Then chopped onion, garlic, chilli, capsicum and Carrot.
  3. Then take bowl put cornflour, maida, salt, red chilli powder, beetroot and mix it nicely.
  4. Then from the mixture make balls.
  5. Put kadhai on gas and heat the oil.
  6. Then deep fry all balls.
  7. Meanwhile take one bowl and add 2 cups water, cornflour, soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt, chilli flakes and mix it and keep aside.
  8. Take kadhai pour oil when get hot, on high flame saute the garlic, green chillies and onion.
  9. Then put capsicum and Carrot saute for 2 minutes.
  10. When capsicum and carrot get tender. Then mix the cornflour mixture in it.
  11. After one boil add beetroot balls and saute and keep desired consistency of gravy as per your requirement.
  12. Your Beetroot Manchurian is ready for serving.
