ABOUT Onion bhujiri RECIPE

An onion based curry which can be served with some hot chapathi on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 egg
  2. 3 onion finely chopped
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 2 Green chilly
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  7. 1/2tsp coriander powder
  8. Salt
  9. oil

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion, tomato and green chillies, keep aside.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and saute till golden brown. Then add the chopped green chillies followed by the tomatoes.
  3. Add the powdered masalas and salt, give it a good mix.
  4. Now add the eggs into the cooking mixture, stir well and fry for some more time, garnish with coriander leaves, and serve.
