I just like to experiment with food,this time i added beet root with onion pakoda.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One beet root,three onions(medium)
  2. Half cup besan
  3. Crushed ginger garlic paste one tea spoon
  4. Jeera powder one tea spoon
  5. Garam masala,one tea spoon
  6. Chilli powder,half tea spoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Take the beet root and one onion, boil it in a pressure cooker.
  2. After cooling grind the beet root and onion in a mixer.
  3. Take a large bowl,pour the beet root onion juice in it,add the other two onion finely chopped.
  4. Mix the other ingredients very well.
  5. Heat oil in a pan
  6. Fry all the pakodas (deep fry).
