Ingredients to make Baked onion puff

  • 8 samosa patti
  • Chopped onion 1cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tspp
  • Boiled Potato 1
  • Green chilli 2 finely choped
  • Coriander leaves
  • Capsicum chopped 3tsp
  • Jeera half tsp
  • Oil 2tsp
  • Pinch of hing
  • Kalonji half tsp
  • Crushed coriander seeds half tsp
  • Fennel powder half tsp
  • Amchoor half tsp
  • Garam masala half tsp

How to make Baked onion puff

  1. Chop all the vegetables
  2. Mash potato
  3. Heat oil add jeera, hing
  4. Add crush coriander seeds
  5. Add kalongi
  6. Take ginger garlic paste and chilli
  7. Then add onion
  8. Cook them add capsicum
  9. Cook all of them and add potato
  10. Mix all of them finely
  11. Now add all spices
  12. Add 1tbsp Besan for binding
  13. Cool it
  14. Now take samoas patti
  15. And arrange them in plus sign
  16. Take slurry
  17. Put stuffing in center cover it with two sides
  18. Then cut five strips from remaining sides and weave them like chhatai
  19. Fix it all with help of slurry
  20. Prepare all puffs like that
  21. Grease baking tray and bake all for 20 min 180 degree
  22. Cool and serve with sauce
