ABOUT Baked donut cupcake with ganache RECIPE

These pretty cupcakes look like donuts and are absolutely delicious to taste.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1cup butter
  2. 1cup sugar
  3. 1cup maida
  4. 1tsp Baking powder
  5. 1tsp vanilla
  6. 2eggs
  7. 1cup choclate
  8. 2 tbsp jam ( any)
  9. Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar ,beat them
  2. Add egg and vanilla and beat them finely
  3. Sieve maida,baking powder
  4. Fold them in wet mix
  5. Grease a donut mould and dust
  6. Pour the mix in donut mould
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for 25min.on 180 degree
  8. When baked cool them
  9. Demould them
  10. Take a cupcake and spread jam on back side put it on Marie biscuit
  11. Prepare all pieces like that
  12. Melt chocolate on double boiler
  13. Cool it and dip cupcake in it only from front side
  14. Decorate with sprinkles
