Sprouts dhokla

Ingredients to make Sprouts dhokla

  • 1 cup Sprouted moong ( whole green gram)
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup Besan (gram flour)
  • 2 to 4 green chillies
  • 1 tbsp Eno

How to make Sprouts dhokla

  1. Combine sprouted moong, spinach, green chillies and blend them in a mixer using little water to make a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer the paste in a bowl , add salt, basen along with 1/4 cup of water and mix well to make a batter of pouring consistency.
  3. Just before steaming add 1 tbsp of eno and mix gently.
  4. Steam the batter for 10-12 mins or until the dhokla is cooked. Serve with chutney.
