Ingredients to make Rawa paysam

  • 1 litre milk
  • Semolina half cup
  • Sugar 4teaspoon
  • dry fruits for garnishing

How to make Rawa paysam

  1. Dry roast the semolina till turns golden on slow flame
  2. Keep milk on flame
  3. Add roasted semolina in boiling milk
  4. Keep stirring for 3..4 minutes till suji is soft
  5. Add sugar
  6. Turn off the flame
  7. Garnish with dry fruits
My Tip: May add any flavour like rose water or kewra water in it
