Ingredients to make Eggless Coconut Macaroons

  • Milk: 2 cups ( full cream)
  • Sugar: 1 cup
  • Coconut powder: 1 cup
  • Tutti fruity: few pieces for topping (Optional)
  • Topping can be used anything of your choice like choclate chips, dry fruits and cheery

How to make Eggless Coconut Macaroons

  1. Take milk in heavy bottom non stick pan and put on gas on medium flame.
  2. Continously stir it. When boiling comes, do low flame and add sugar
  3. Stir it on medium flame. After 15 - 20 mintues, this mixture will start in thick consistency liquid with slightly yellow color.
  4. Now switch off gas and put it side for cooling.
  5. After 5 to 7 mintues, when it gets cooled, add coconut powder in it and mix well. This mixture will become a dough type.
  6. Divide this dough into 7 - 8 lemon size balls. Make round ball shape of each dough portion using palm
  7. Meanwhile preheat oven at 200 degree centigrade for 10 mintues
  8. Line up the baking tray with parchment paper.
  9. Keep all dough balls on baking tray. Do topping with tutti fruity or anything you like to do.
  10. Bake it for 10 to 12 mintues at 180 degree centigrade or when it starts turning brown.
  11. Switch off the oven and let it be cool inside the oven for 10 mintues.
  12. After that keep all macaroons on cooling rack to make it complete cool.
  13. Eggless Coconut Macaroons is ready. Serve it to your guests and family and kids. It can be stored also in air tight container for one week.

My Tip:

I made condensed milk home. You can use readymade condensed milk from market
