Ingredients to make Bread ki Rasmalai

  • 10 slices White bread
  • 1 litre Milk
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 cup Mixed nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 kg Burfi or any khoya mithai

How to make Bread ki Rasmalai

  1. Add the milk in a pan add the burfi to it. Boil.
  2. Add sugar to the mixture and continuously stir till the milk starts to thicken.
  3. Dip the bread slices in a little milk and squeeze out the extra milk. Make small balls of the bread slices by filling dry fruits in it.
  4. Press the balls a little and arrange them in the serving bowls.
  5. Pour the rabri on the bread balls.
  6. Garnish with dry fruits and chill. Serve.
