Creamy Fruit Custard

Ingredients to make Creamy Fruit Custard

  • Milk 500 mililitre
  • Condensed milk 6 tablespoon
  • Fresh cream 3
  • Sugar 2 tablespoon
  • Custard powder 3 tablespoon
  • Fruits chopped : bananas , apple, grapes, pomogranate
  • Vanilla ice cream as required

How to make Creamy Fruit Custard

  1. Keep the milk for boiling in a heavy bottomed pan, once it starts boiling lower the flane and let it simmer
  2. After 10 minutes add condensed milk, sugar and fresh cream.
  3. In a small bowl take little water and mix custard powder to form a paste.
  4. Add this paste to the milk and mix well.
  5. After about 5-8 minutes switch off the flame and let the milk cool down.
  6. The mixture should be thick but of flowing consistency.
  7. For serving take some chopped fruits in a serving bowl, add the cooled milk, mix and top it up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  8. Serve it chilled.
My Tip: One can add any fruit of ones choice but bananas and pomongrenate are a must.
