Eggless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients to make Eggless Chocolate Cake

  • All purpose flour 200 grams
  • Sugar 150 grams
  • Curd 100 grams
  • Chocolate Powder 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla Essence 1 teaspoons
  • Milk Powder 100 grams
  • Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Ghee 2 tablespoon
  • White oil 2 teaspoon

How to make Eggless Chocolate Cake

  1. Add sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, ghee, oil, powdered milk and mix well.
  2. Then add curd and cocoa powder and beat the whole mixture .
  3. If required you can add liquid milk for spoon drop consistency of the batter.
  4. Now grease a microwave proof glass bowl with oil and sprinkle some flour on it and then add the batter.
  5. Bake in Microwave high power (900 watts) for 5:30 minutes on a low rack.
  6. When finished use a toothpick to see whether its done or not. If the toothpick comes out clean, then your cake is ready. Give the cake some standing time about 5 - 10 minutes .
