ABOUT Rasmadhuri RECIPE

A quick desert for surprise parties. Made from milk and sweetest mithai rasgulla's.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. milk 1/2 litre (full cream milk0
  2. condensed milk 1 cup
  3. sugar 2 tablespoon
  4. pieces of small rasbhari or rasgulla's 12-15
  5. sliced almonds and cashews 1 cup
  6. sliced pistachio
  7. cardamom (seeds will be used) 1

Instructions

  1. Pour milk in a pan and bring it to boil.
  2. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add sugar, mix it while boiling the milk.
  4. Add condensed milk.
  5. Stir properly while the mixture is boiling.
  6. Boil it for another 5 minutes and stir in between.
  7. Add half of the dry fruits while boiling.
  8. Add rasbhari and bring to 2-3 boils.
  9. Switch off the gas and cool it to room temperature.
  10. Spread rest of the dry fruits and pistachio slices.
  11. Serve the sweet and chilled rasmadhuri.
