Guava Ice-Cream

Ingredients to make Guava Ice-Cream

  • Ripe guava-2 large deseeded and chopped
  • Hung curd-1/2 cup
  • Milk-1 cup
  • Condensed milk-1 tablespoon
  • sugar-1 cup
  • Whipped cream-1/2 cup
  • rock salt-a pinch
  • rose syrup-2 teaspoon
  • Chopped almonds-1 teaspoon

How to make Guava Ice-Cream

  1. Take a mixer jar, add chopped guava, hung curd, milk, sugar, rock salt and make a smooth paste.
  2. Blend whipping cream until thickened.
  3. Now add condensed milk and guava puree into whipped cream and mix well to combine.
  4. Now pour into container, cover and freeze for 8 hours.
  5. Garnish with rose syrup and chopped almonds
