Ingredients to make Cinnamon Infused Hot Milk Cake

  • All purpose flour - 1 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder - 1.5 teaspoon
  • Eggs - 3
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Butter - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon

How to make Cinnamon Infused Hot Milk Cake

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade.
  2. Grease an 8 inch pan.
  3. Mix all purpose flour, cinnamon powder, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
  4. In a pan melt butter with the milk.
  5. Whisk sugar, essence and eggs in a separate bowl.
  6. Add the milk and butter mix into it.
  7. Whisk again.
  8. Add the flour mix.
  9. Whisk until all blended.
  10. Pour the batter into the greased pan.
  11. It will be little liquid.
  12. Bake at 170 degrees centigrade for about 20 minutes.
  13. Bake at 150 degrees centigrade for another 20 minutes.
  14. Insert a toothpick in the centre to see if its completely baked.
  15. Take it out from the oven and let it cool.
  16. Once cool, remove it from the pan.
  17. Slice it and enjoy.
