Ingredients to make Shahi Makhani Rice Chaap

  • 1. 1 ltr full cream milk
  • 2. 1 bowl boil rice
  • 3.Sugar 200 grm (as par taste )
  • 4. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • 5. Pista chopped 1 tsp
  • 6. Cornflour 2 tsp
  • Oil for fry

How to make Shahi Makhani Rice Chaap

  1. Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan on low flame till it get thickened
  2. Mash the boiled rice in plate and make chaap of rice.
  3. Take another pan and pore some oil to heat
  4. Coat rice chaap with cornflour and deep fry till it become golden brown .
  5. fry chaap keep it side
  6. Add sugar to the milk then add before 10 mins of servicing keep rice chaap in a bowl and pour the milk over and garnish with pista and cardamom powder.
  7. Served chilled.
