Ingredients to make Shahi Makhani Rice Chaap

  • Full cream milk 1litre
  • Boil rice 1 cup
  • Sugar 200 gram (as per taste )
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pista chopped 1 teaspoon
  • Cornflour 2 teaspoons
  • Oil for frying

How to make Shahi Makhani Rice Chaap

  1. Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan on low flame till it gets thickened.
  2. Mash the boiled rice in plate and make chaap of rice.
  3. Take another pan and pour some oil to heat.
  4. Coat rice chaap with cornflour and deep fry till it becomes golden brown.
  5. Fry chaap and keep it side.
  6. Add sugar to the milk, then add before 10 minutes of servicing. Keep rice chaap in a bowl and pour the milk over and garnish with pista and cardamom powder.
  7. Served chilled.
