Ingredients to make Mango Mastani

  • 300 grams mango pulp
  • 500 millilitre milk
  • 4-5 tablespoon sugar
  • slices of almonds and pistachios for garnishing
  • vanilla and strawberry icecream
  • cherries for garnishing
  • chopped mangoes for garnishing
  • some ice-cubes

How to make Mango Mastani

  1. Blend mango pulp, milk, sugar and ice-cubes in a blender till all are combined together and then the mango milkshake is ready.
  2. Now pour the mango milkshake in a serving glass upto 3/4th. Top it up with vanilla and mango icecream.
  3. Garnish with chopped mangoes, slices of almonds and pistachios. Finally top it up with a cherry. Mango mastani is ready to serve.

My Tip:

I used semi freezed milk which turns half ice, so i dont need ice cubes as ice cubes reduce the sweet flavour of milk.
