Ingredients to make Besani Muglai Paratha

  • 1- 2 cup besan
  • 2- ek bowl wheat flour
  • 3- some fine chopped veggies
  • ( carrot,onion, capsicum,tomato nd cabbage)
  • 4- salt,ajwain, dhaniya powder,hing,red chilli powder
  • 5- chopped green chilli nd ginger
  • 6- chopped coriander

How to make Besani Muglai Paratha

  1. 1- wheat flour nd salt as taste mix nd make a soft dough nd keep aside
  2. Step 2 - take a big bowl....pour besan, veggies,ajwain,dhaniya powder,red chilli ,green chilli,salt nd chopped coriander nd make a thick batter wid the help of water
  3. Step 3- add all the spices
  4. Step 4- now flate a paratha wid rolling pin
  5. Step 5- in middle of paratha pour 2 spoon batter
  6. Step 6 - fold inside from four sides
  7. Step 7- now take this paratha by light hands on tawa
  8. Step 8- cook from both side till golden brown
  9. Step 9- serve wid green chatni
