Chicken Burger

Ingredients to make Chicken Burger

  • Chicken- 250 grams (shredded) (boiled with salt & ginger garlic paste)
  • Carrot- 1 grated
  • Cheese cube- 3 grated
  • Green chilly paste- 1 teaspoon
  • Tandoori masala- 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Corn flour- 2 to 3 tablespoon
  • Salt- to taste
  • Oil- 2 tablespoon
  • Burger bun- 5
  • Mayonnaise- 1/2 cup
  • Butter- 1/3 packet
  • Vegetables:
  • Cabbage/ lattuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Cheese sheet/slices- 5 to 6

How to make Chicken Burger

  1. In a bowl add shredded chicken, carrot, cheese, corn flour, green chilly paste, tandoori masala, salt if needed and black pepper powder. Mix it very well.
  2. Take some portion from it and using your palm make flat tikki. Make 5 to 6 tikkis out of it.
  3. Heat oil in a non stick pan and shallow fry these tikkis till dark brown color.
  4. Cut the bun from the middle part. Apply mayonnaise on a bottom part and butter on the top part.
  5. Put cabbage or lettuce leaves then burger tikki, then round shaped cut tomatoes and onions. Lastly put cheese slice on it and cover it.
  6. Enjoy it with ketchup.
My Tip: You can use any choice of vegetables.
