Broken Glass Jello

Ingredients to make Broken Glass Jello

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • Jelly of different colours (I took 4)
  • Agar Agar strands a fistful

How to make Broken Glass Jello

  1. Use only a cup of boiling water to set the jellos.
  2. Do not follow the package instructions here.
  3. It is because we need firm jello for this recipe.
  4. Pour them in individual bowls and set.
  5. Aftet it cools down and comes to the room temperature, refrigerate it until more firm.
  6. Meanwhile in about quarter cup of water, add the agar agar strands.
  7. Bring it to a boil and then simmer until it dissolves completely.
  8. In another pan, combine the milk, cream and the condensed milk.
  9. Heat that on a low flame for 5 minutes and add agar agar to it.
  10. Mix well and allow it to cool down.
  11. Alternatively, remove the jello that has been set and cut them into small cubes.
  12. Similarly do it for all the colours and place all that in a rectangular glass dish like i did.
  13. After that, add the cooled milk mix to these jello cubes.
  14. Give it a good mix. It looks like this after mixed.
  15. Now time to keep that in the refrigerator to set overnight or for atleast 6-8 hours depending on the temperature at your place.
  16. For me it took almost 6 1/2 hours to set.
  17. Serve it chilled.
  18. Enjoy !!!!! Use it within 36 hours since it has cream and jelly.

My Tip:

Use the same cup for all the measurements for a perfect and a easy no hassle recipe. I used the measuring cups.
