- jaggery 1/2 cup grated finely
- ghee 1/4 cup
- cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
- Milk 1 cup
- raisins 2 tsp
- cashewnuts broken 2 tsp
- almond chopped 2 tsp
How to make Broken Wheat Halwa
My Tip:
If your Jaggery is not refine, melt it and filter it. I have used Jaggery but you can use brown sugar or normal sugar as well.
